These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of revsku.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Lextrous, a sole proprietorship trading as RevSku ("RevSku," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
RevSku is a trade name under which Lextrous, a sole proprietorship based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India, offers SEO consulting services, primarily to ecommerce operators in the automotive and motorcycle aftermarket parts industry.
2. Services
We offer:
- One-off SEO audits, including the Hidden Money Diagnostic
- Ongoing SEO retainers covering technical SEO, content, and related work as agreed in a separate scope of work or proposal
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or invoice, which forms part of these Terms once accepted.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not consumers acting in a personal capacity. By engaging us, you confirm you have authority to act on behalf of the business submitting the request.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for audits and retainers are as quoted in your proposal or invoice. Payments are processed via Stripe, Razorpay, or Wise. We do not store your card or bank account details. Depending on the nature of engagment, payments are one-time fees, or retainers billed monthly in advance.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Hidden Money Diagnostic. We offer refunds on the Hidden Money Diagnostic if you can show good-faith evidence that you implemented our audit recommendations and saw no measurable improvement. To request a refund, contact us at hello[at]revsku[dot]com, with a description of the recommendations implemented and access to your analytics platforms to verify before-and-after rankings, or traffic figures. We will review each request in good faith; refund decisions are at our reasonable discretion based on the evidence provided.
Retainers. Ongoing retainer engagements are non-refundable. You may cancel future retainer periods per the notice period stated in your proposal. Fees already paid for work performed or in progress will not be refunded.
6. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services, we may need access to your website, analytics, search console, or other platforms, along with accurate information about your business. Delays or inaccuracies in the information or access you provide may affect our ability to deliver on schedule, and we are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete access or information on your part.
7. Deliverables and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once an engagement is paid in full, you own the final deliverables prepared specifically for you (for example, audit reports or content). We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, tools, and any pre-existing materials used to create deliverables, and may reuse our general know-how and non-confidential learnings in work for other clients.
8. No Guarantee of Results
SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitor activity. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Our recommendations reflect professional judgment and industry best practices at the time of delivery.
9. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us — including business and website data submitted through the Hidden Money Diagnostic or during an engagement — as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver our services or as required by law. With your permission, we may reference your business as a case study or testimonial.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business opportunity.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer per the notice period stated in the applicable proposal, or, if none is specified, [insert default notice period]. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment or misuse of our services.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysuru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
