We're asynchronous
Excluding your first onboarding call, we don't do meetings, Zoom calls, Slack, and so on. We're a lean operation by design. We deliver weekly progress updates and monthly reports with recorded video walkthroughs. Support is email only, and we reply within 2 to 12 hours on weekdays. If you need a higher level of interaction, a larger agency will serve you better.

We're opinionated
We won't blindly spend time on random blog posts or "errors" flagged by flagged by Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush or whatever other automated website crawler. We do use these tools, but we prioritize based on what is actually likely to drive revenue — not what looks good on an automated audit.

We expect you to be able to execute on product images and videos
Sometimes, the biggest revenue opportunities may hinge on footage — parts on vehicles, installations in progress, fitment comparisons. Not every project needs that, but when it does, getting us the assets the sprint needs is on you. If that's something you'd never be able to deliver, we're probably not the right fit.

We don't work with committees
We iterate quickly and look for speedy approvals. If you aren't the final decision maker on what gets implemented on your site, or every copy change and design tweak gets stuck in revision limbo or takes over a week to get approved, we'll either pause the engagement until it's the right time for you, or we'll cancel and offer you a pro-rated refund. This is just a matter of principle — we'd rather not keep billing for work that isn't going anywhere.

We aren't cheap
We don't charge six-figure retainers, but we aren't the cheapest option either. If your store does less than $50K in average monthly revenue, we're probably not the best fit for you. In fact, we'd recommend you focus on paid acquisition, build your revenue base, and come back when organic growth makes sense as an investment. We'll still be here.
