Know the feeling?

01
You search for your own products and your competitors show up. You don't.

Not just RevZilla. Smaller stores too. Stores you know aren't bigger than you, aren't better than you, and somehow own the first page for searches your customers are making every day. You've half-accepted it as just how things are. It isn't.

02
Your blog gets traffic. Your store doesn't get orders.

Someone on your team spent months writing content. People read it. Then they leave. You can see in analytics that some of them looked at products — but almost none of them bought. The content channel feels like a dead end and you're not sure whether to keep investing in it or quietly kill it.

03
You're paying for clicks that could be free.

Every click costs more than it did last year. The ad budget creeps up. The margin creeps down. You know some of those searches could be coming to you organically — but they're not, so you keep paying. It feels less like a strategy and more like a dependency you can't find your way out of.

04
Your products put more profit in Amazon's pockets than yours.

Ad costs on a platform you don't own, dealing with price wars you didn't start, to sell to customers you'll never hear from again, only to have Amazon knocking off your bestsellers. All while your own site sits there, waiting.

05
Your customers are asking ChatGPT and Perplexity which parts to buy. Your store isn't in the answer.

AI search isn't coming — it's already here. A meaningful slice of your customers are asking AI engines what parts to buy and which stores to trust. Whether your store shows up in those answers or doesn't isn't random. But most store owners have no idea what drives it, and most agencies aren't talking about it yet because they don't know either.

How we're different

No handoffs

The person who assessed your store is the person working on it. Your account isn't passed to a junior team once you sign. When something needs doing, it gets done — not delegated through three people and a Slack channel. You'll always know exactly who is responsible for what and where things stand.

No retainers, no contracts, no lock-ins

Every sprint has clear deliverables. If we deliver, we continue. If we don't, you walk away — and everything we built stays with you. We're not interested in clients who stay because leaving feels complicated. We're interested in clients who stay because the numbers make it obvious.

Focused on revenue growth, not just traffic

Traffic that doesn't buy is a vanity metric. We don't treat SEO and conversion as separate workstreams — because your customers don't experience them separately. Getting the right people to your store and making sure your store converts when they arrive is one problem. We treat it that way.

Results in weeks, not months

New pages built. Existing pages improved. Tracking clean enough to actually tell you what's working. We don't start with a strategy document and a kickoff deck. We start with the highest-impact problem we can find and fix it. Then we find the next one.

We're not for everyone

RevSku is not the right fit if...

×
Your store does less than $50K/month SEO isn't the right investment yet — put that budget into paid marketing and come back when you're ready.
×
You want weekly calls and Zoom meetings We're a lean operation by design. If you need that level of hand-holding, a larger agency will serve you better.
×
You're precious about your website We move fast and we implement directly. If every change needs three rounds of approval, we'll both be frustrated.
×
You're not the final decision maker We don't work with committees. Too many voices, too many delays, too little progress.

Frequently asked questions

We'll review your application within 48 hours. If your store looks like a good fit, we'll reach out by email to schedule a single onboarding call — the only call we'll have. On that call we align on goals, get access to what we need, and hit the ground running. No lengthy discovery process. No proposal deck. We start working within the first week.
About an hour of your time for the onboarding call. Plus, access to your Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center, Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Bing Webmaster, and CMS. If you don't have any of those, we'll set it up for you. That's it. After that, we'll send you an action plan, and monthly reports with Loom video walkthroughs so you always know what's been done, what's being tested, and what's coming next. We've deliberately built this to take as little of your time as possible — because we know you're running a business, not waiting around for marketing updates.
If you have a PPC agency managing your paid ads, we'll work alongside them without any issues — paid and organic are separate enough that there's no conflict. But we'd strongly recommend against running two SEO engagements in parallel. Organic growth works best when there's one focused strategy, not two teams pulling in different directions. If you're currently with an SEO agency and unhappy with the results, our honest advice is to make a clean switch rather than hedge. Split efforts produce split results.
Fair question. We don't make changes blindly. Before anything goes live on your main store, we test it — either on a staging environment or through purpose-built pages that sit outside your core site architecture. Anything that touches your main store directly gets documented and reversible. We move fast, but not carelessly. And because we work in ecommerce every day, we know which changes carry risk and which don't.
No. At the end of the engagement we'll send you a full summary of what was done, what moved, and what we'd tackle next if we continued. If you want to keep going, we'll recommend one of our paid sprints, with transparent, upfront pricing. If you don't, that's genuinely fine — you walk away with a clear picture of where your organic growth is coming from, and keep everything we delivered. We want our work to speak for itself, and we know that when we do right by people, they come back when the time is right.
No catch. Customer acquisition in B2B is expensive. We could spend thousands on ads to find our first clients — or we could just do great work, build goodwill, and let the results speak for themselves. For a small team like ours, that's a much better use of money than making Zuckerberg richer. That said, this won't be free forever. Once we're at capacity, the free trial goes away and we move to standard pricing. If you're reading this, it's still available — but we only take three stores per quarter, and spots fill up faster than you'd think.
Shopify and WooCommerce — yes, fully. These are the platforms we work with most and where we can move fastest. Wix is more constrained by design — there are things we can do and things the platform simply won't allow, and we'll be upfront about that during onboarding if it applies to you. If you're on a less common platform, apply anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable before we commit to anything.
The simplest version: you sell aftermarket parts or accessories, your store does at least $50K a month, and you're the person who makes the decisions. If that's you, apply. The application takes five minutes and we'll tell you within 48 hours whether we're a good fit. If you're not sure, apply anyway — the worst that happens is we tell you it's not the right time and give you an honest reason why.
